UPDATE: During the Covid-19 virus outbreak our volunteer events have been suspended & anyone visiting local green spaces should follow all local and national government advice.

Responding to Covid-19 Virus Outbreak

Unfortunately due to current UK government health advice regarding the Covid-19 virus the Friends of Berrylands Nature Reserve committee have decided that it would be inappropriate to continue with our volunteer activities at this time, and we have also requested the permission of the group’s members to delay our upcoming AGM.

If there is anything which needs adressing related to Berrylands Nature Reserve or our other local green spaces then please get in touch and we will consider whether this is something which needs urgent attention, and whether it would be best referred to Kingston Council and their contractor idVerde.

We have recently added information on using our local green spaces safely during this time, which we will endeavour to keep updated as circumstance, local and national government advice changes.

Please keep an eye on our website & social media channels and we will update when it is appropriate to resume our activities.

In the meantime we wish all of our volunteers, members and supporters the best at this challenging time.
We hope everyone is keeping well, and please stay safe and look after yourselves, family, friends & neighbors.

If you have any questions, queriesm concerns or comments please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
